I PUT MY BODY ON LIKE A SUIT

Hi friends,

I wrote a guest essay for playwright, librettist, Guggenhein Fellow and all around awesome heart forward person Karen Hartman's Substack and it's live today. It's about my experience with her amazing course, The Hundred Day Reckoning and about how the course helped me approach some difficult experiences with a creative lens. This is a vulnerable share for me even though I am deliberately opaque about the details of my experience in the essay, and also because writing in this form is new for me. But I'm leaning in to learning and I wanted to share some of that learning with you.
